I. VALUATION
We undertake valuations of landed property, machinery, plant, equipment and chattels for all purposes including:
a. Determination of Open Market Value for Accounting, Insurance, Mortgage, Mergers and Take-overs, Stock exchange Control, Performance Bond, Compensation and Trading potential
b. Annual Rental Value
c. Ratable Value (For Property Rate Assessment) and Depreciated Replacement Cost
II. PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY SERVICES
These include property (including land) acquisition, sales, letting, negotiations, management and development financing.
III. PROJECT FEASIBILITY STUDIES
We advise prospective developers of various categories of investment on the feasibility and viability of development projects.
IV. ESTATE (FACILITIES) MANAGEMENT
We take-over properties and manage them for the owners. The management practices include rent negotiations, preparation of tenancy agreements, collection of rent, repairs and maintenance. We also advise our principals on the most profitable use to which the property managed could be put.
V. DOCUMENTATION
We assist in title documentation from the very beginning of the process through registration to obtaining Building and Planning permit.
