We take-over properties and manage them for the owners. Our management practices include rent negotiations, preparation of tenancy agreements, collection of rent, repairs and maintenance.

We advise our principals on the most profitable use to which the property managed could be put. Where necessary recover properties from defaulting tenants and re-allocated same to new tenants.

As part of our management arrangements we carry out all necessary repairs and maintenance works on all facilities under our care. We also with the consent of property owners carry out redevelopment of properties after carrying thorough feasibility analysis of the redevelopment proposals.

We in some cases carry out remodelling of properties to give a modern face lift after which we advertise and select tenants to occupy these facilities.
